Participation in any RAC class, workshop, mentorship, consultation, event, or program does not guarantee representation, auditions, employment, casting opportunities, financial success, or career advancement within the entertainment industry.

Opinions, guidance, coaching, and industry insight shared by instructors, guest artists, or participants are based on personal and professional experience and should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or licensed professional advice.

Russell Artists Collective is not responsible for personal decisions, career outcomes, technical issues, internet interruptions, third-party platforms, or participant conduct occurring during or outside of programs and events.

By participating in any RAC offering, you acknowledge that involvement is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

By participating in programs, events, classes, consultations, or services provided by Russell Artists Collective (“RAC”), you agree to the following terms:

• Russell Artists Collective provides educational, creative, consulting, and entertainment-related services intended for professional and artistic development purposes only. Participation does not guarantee representation, employment, auditions, bookings, acceptance into programs, or career advancement.

• Payments for classes, workshops, memberships, consultations, events, and digital offerings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Memberships or recurring subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

• Participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and appropriate behavior during all RAC events, classes, meetings, and online sessions. RAC reserves the right to remove or deny participation to any individual engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, or harmful behavior without refund.

• Some programs, classes, meetings, or events may be recorded or photographed for educational, promotional, or archival purposes.

• All educational materials, recordings, branding, graphics, written content, and program materials created by Russell Artists Collective remain the intellectual property of RAC and may not be reproduced, redistributed, recorded, or resold without written permission.

• Russell Artists Collective reserves the right to modify programming, instructors, schedules, guest artists, locations, or offerings when necessary.

• By participating in any RAC program or service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Website & Program Use

This website and all RAC offerings are intended for individuals seeking educational, artistic, professional, and entertainment industry development opportunities. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

1. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Stripe and other approved payment platforms. By purchasing any RAC offering, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. Memberships & Class Passes

• Monthly memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Drop-in classes are non-refundable.
• Class passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Missed sessions are non-refundable.

1. Changes to Services

Russell Artists Collective reserves the right to modify, update, cancel, or discontinue any class, membership, event, instructor, guest artist, schedule, or service at any time without prior notice.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within RAC programs — including logos, branding, graphics, videos, recordings, written materials, exercises, downloads, educational content, and program structures — are the intellectual property of Russell Artists Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, modified, or shared without written permission.

1. Participant Conduct

Users and participants agree to maintain respectful and professional behavior during all RAC programs, online sessions, classes, and community interactions.

RAC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate participation or access to services for inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful conduct without refund.

1. Recordings & Media Release

Some sessions, classes, workshops, and events may be recorded or photographed for educational, promotional, or archival purposes. By participating, you grant RAC permission to use your likeness, voice, image, or participation for promotional and educational purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

1. No Guarantees

Russell Artists Collective provides educational and professional development services only. Participation does not guarantee representation, auditions, employment, bookings, financial success, or career advancement within the entertainment industry.

1. Limitation of Liability

Russell Artists Collective shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in RAC programs, website use, technical interruptions, third-party platform failures, or reliance on educational content provided.

1. Account Suspension or Termination

RAC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access, memberships, registrations, or participation at its discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.
