Russell Artists Collective (“RAC”) is committed to providing high-quality educational and professional development experiences through our classes, memberships, workshops, events, and programs, including The Actor’s Gym.
Refund Policy
By purchasing or enrolling in any RAC offering, you agree to the following refund policy:

Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Once a payment has been processed, monthly membership fees are non-refundable.

Drop-In Classes
All drop-in class purchases are final and non-refundable.

Class Passes
10-Class Passes are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Missed Sessions
Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed classes, workshops, events, or sessions. Replay access may be provided when available at the discretion of RAC.

Canceled or Rescheduled Classes
Russell Artists Collective reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, substitute instructors, or modify programming when necessary. In the event RAC cancels a paid session without rescheduling, a credit or refund may be issued at RAC’s discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests related to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
