Founded by Talent Manager Bryce Russell, Russell Artists Collective is a premier entertainment company dedicated to developing artists and expanding sustainable careers across theatre, film, television, and music. With over 15 years of industry experience, RAC provides talent development, career strategy, creative consulting, and educational opportunities through programs such as The Actors Gym.
What is the Talent Gym?
The Talent Gym is a weekly online training community for actors around the world, presented by Russell Artists Collective.
Designed to make professional acting training more accessible and affordable,
Led by industry professionals and featuring guest artists, the program is built to help performers continue growing their craft, confidence, and industry knowledge from anywhere in the world.
Why?
Acting training has become increasingly expensive, with many classes in New York and around the country costing anywhere from $75–$200 per session.
The Talent Gym was created to give actors access to affordable, professional-level training and industry professionals without needing to live in a major entertainment market.
Through weekly live online sessions, guest artists, and practical career-focused coaching, actors around the world can continue training, growing, and staying connected to the industry from anywhere.
Where?
The Talent Gym takes place live online through Zoom, allowing actors from all over the world to train, connect, and network without the expensive costs of travel or relocation.
From the comfort of wherever they are, actors can access professional-level training, industry insight, and a supportive creative community from anywhere in the world.
Schedule
The Talent Gym takes place once a week in live 2-hour online sessions. Each month will focus on multiple industry and performance topics while also offering flexible drop-in style coaching opportunities based on the needs of the actors in the room.
Whether you’re working on audition material, preparing sides for a callback, learning new songs for your book, or simply wanting to strengthen specific skills, sessions are designed to function much like a gym — training different creative “muscle groups” to help actors continue growing in all areas of their craft and career.
Meet Our Founder
Bryce Russell is a licensed Talent Manager with Talent INK Management LA.NY.Chicago and brings over 14 years of experience in New York City’s entertainment industry. Bryce Russell grew up performing in New Orleans, LA where he later directed numerous productions before moving to New York City where he received a degree in Musical Theatre. He is also the Director of Enrollment at The New York Performing Arts Academy and has collaborated with leading organizations such as Disney, Love is Louder, and Global Citizen, working alongside renowned talents. As a performer, Bryce has appeared in numerous productions, including The Music Man, Les Misérables, and The Sound of Music, bridging both the creative and business sides of the arts.
